Optimal use of machine control for a compact data recording solution
Additional complex control devices are often required to record pressure/flow data. MAI®IDL uses the existing control system of the mixing pump and thus enables a compact and cost-optimized solution for data recording.
Integrated data logging / injection control
The mixing pumps equipped with the MAI®IDL option (recognizable by the type designation -L / -iL) offer the option of connecting a measuring unit for mortar flow and mortar pressure directly to the machine. The control software contains functions for displaying and recording the measurement data for the construction site/borehole. In addition, an automatic stop is possible when a defined maximum pressure and/or a defined volume is reached. Injection processes can also be optimized using the automatic pump control. Evaluation software for MS®EXCEL is supplied.
Wireless operation
The combination of the integrated MAI®iCONNECT, a preconfigured tablet computer for full access to all machine display functions and a radio remote control with connection monitoring ensures ergonomic yet safe operation of the “-iL” models. The entire operating unit is supplied in a robust transport case and with a tripod.
