MAI^®MULTICOMP-3D

The MAI®MULTICOMP-3D is a powerful mixing pump that is permanently mounted on the silo and is ideal for stationary applications. Installation on the silo ensures a dust-free environment and the optional rotary feeder guarantees an even and uninterrupted supply of dry material, regardless of the fill level in the silo.

Depending on the worm pump used, delivery rates of between 1 l/min and 55 l/min can be achieved. Within the performance range of the respective worm pump, the pump capacity can be continuously adjusted either directly on the machine or via the external control (4-20 mA, 0-10 V, OPC-UA).

The MAI®MULTICOMP-3D is equipped with a 7" color touchdisplay, which allows intuitive operation of the machine. The machine has three MAI®NET connections as standard, which can be used to control additional devices such as the MAI®3DCP PRINTHEAD or the MAI®DOS. All relevant operating data and the data from the sensors integrated in the machine (water temperature, air temperature, humidity, mortar temperature, mortar pressure) as well as the operating data from the additional devices are shown on the display.

All operating parameters of the machine and the additional devices can be set both via the display and via the OPC-UA interface. The integrated MAI®iCONNECT also makes it possible to mirror the display to mobile devices or computers via WLAN or LAN. This means that the operating status can also be monitored from these devices and parameters can be adjusted if necessary.
