MAI^®4EVER-SUPER FC

The MAI®4EVER SUPER-FC is the entry-level mixing pump for foam concrete production. Thanks to the patented MAI® mixing system, this machine guarantees superior, homogeneous mixing quality.

In combination with the MAI®FOG, this mortar mixing pump is the solution for foam concrete densities of around 250 to 1,000 kg/m³. The output of the system ranges from 3 to 27 m³/h of foam concrete. This makes it perfect for small foam concrete construction sites.

The MAI®4EVER SUPER-FC is reliable and easy to operate. The PLC-controlled system with status code display allows problems during operation to be quickly identified and solved. The machine controls the MAI®FOG foam generator automatically (start/stop) to optimize the production of foamed concrete.

A specially designed pump outlet allows the foam hose to be connected directly, while the static mixer supplied guarantees perfect mixing of the cement suspension and foam. The use of MAI®CODUR for the mixing area reduces wear and makes cleaning easier.
