MAI^®FOG

The MAI®FOG is the optimal solution for foam concrete production. With the MAI®FOG foam generators, 40-400 l/min of foam with densities of 30-100 g/l can be produced in the highest quality.

The dosage of the foaming agent can be changed, so that products from different manufacturers can be used. All relevant parameters can be set on the integrated touchscreen. Various recipes can be stored in the system and called up at the touch of a button.

• Production of organic or synthetic-based foam in various densities

The MAI®FOG can not only be used as a stand-alone device for foam production, but shows its full strength in combination with a mortar mixing pump based on MAI®NET technology. By connecting these two machines with a single cable, a fully automatic foamed concrete production plant can be set up.

All parameters required for the desired foamed concrete properties can be set from the MAI®MULTIMIX-FC or MAI®HICOMP-FC mortar mixing pump. A wide range of foamed concrete densities from 80-1,500 kg/m³ can be covered.
