The MAI®HICOMP-FC is a silo mixing pump that sets new standards in the production of foamed concrete.
In combination with the MAI®FOG foam generator, large quantities of porous lightweight concrete can be produced in a short time. The output rateof the system and the density of the foamed concrete can be easily adjusted.
Applications
- Production of foam concrete with densities of approx. 150-1,500kg/m³
- Applications such as cavity filling, thermal insulation, fire protection, backfilling of pools, height compensation fill (mineralic without EPS), impact sound insulation
Technical advantages
The MAI®HICOMP-FC allows the production of foamed concrete with wet densities of 150 to 1,500 kg/m³. For wet densities between 300 and 400 kg/m³, a system output of approx. 30 m³/h can be achieved in combination with the MAI®FOG-350.
A static mixer, which ensures perfect mixing of the cement suspension and foam, is included in the scope of delivery. The optional MAI®iTEC server solution is available for comprehensive documentation of the production process.
Technical details
- Outstanding mixing quality: The patented mixing system in combination with a special water injection nozzle ensures homogeneous mixing of the suspension

- Central control: The MAI®HICOMP-FC can control the MAI®FOG and up to two MAI®DOS for adding admixtures to mixing water, suspension or foamed concrete via the MAI®NET system
- Flexibility and control: The machine offers intuitive operation via a 7-inch color touch display, which enables storage and retrieval of product-specific recipes. The density of the foam concrete can be adjusted quickly and easily
- MAI® iCONNECT optionally available: Provides additional control and the possibility of remote maintenance
- Durability and ease of maintenance: The robust construction made of stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized components, combined with the highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR, guarantees a long service life and easy maintenance
