MAI^®MULTIMIX-FC

The MAI®MULTIMIX-FC stands for innovation in the field of porous lightweight concrete and offers maximal precision and flexibility. With its sophisticated water management system, it guarantees constant material consistency and outstanding mixing quality. Its specially developed pump outlet contains a foam inlet to which the MAI®FOG can be connected, while the static mixer which is in the scope of supply guarantees perfect mixing of suspension and foam.

The pump is versatile and can be fed from a silo, big bags or sacks. In combination with a MAI®FOG foam generator, it can produce up to 27m³ of foamed concrete per hour, depending on the desired density. Conveying distances of up to 100m are possible.

The use of highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR in many components not only ensures a long service life, but also easy cleaning and maintenance. An integrated agitator in the pump hopper keeps the material in motion even during work interruptions, which delays stiffening and significantly reduces material build-up. The integrated MAI®NET recipe management enables centralized control of all connected devices.

In addition to the MAI®FOG foam generator, up to three MAI®DOS dosing pumps for liquid additives and the MAI®MIX electric post-mixer can be controlled, maximizing ease of use. The optional MAI®iTEC server solution is available for comprehensive documentation of the production process.
