MAI^®HICOMP-GT

The MAI®HICOMP-GT is a high-performance silo mixing pump that has been specially optimized for backfilling geothermal probes in larger geothermal projects.

The large water tank guarantees uninterrupted operation even when there are pressure fluctuations in the water supply. The patented mixing system ensures constant, lump-free mixing of the backfill material.

Due to the high water flowrate of up to 4,500 l/h, it is possible to produce and pump up to 100 l/min of filling material with a W/S ratio of 1.

• Excellent mixing quality: The patented mixing system and the optimal position of the water injection nozzle achieve excellent mixing results that maximize consistent end product quality.
• Large water tank: The 220-liter water tank allows for uninterrupted operation even in the event of short-term pressure fluctuations in the water supply.
• Self-regulating water system: A control circuit in the water metering system guarantees constant material consistency even if material builds up in the area of the water injection.
• Adjustable delivery rate: The water quantity and pump output can be conveniently and precisely adjusted using a wired remote control (optionally also available as a radio remote control).
• MAI®WSRI: shows the effect of changes in water flowrate on the W/S ratio.
• Data recording MAI®IDL (optional): records pressure, flow, volume, water setting and W/S ratio.
• Remote maintenance MAI®iCONNECT (optional): enables online machine diagnostics and offers quick help with application problems.
