MAI^®400NT

For many years, the MAI®400NT has been the mortar mixing pump of choice for grouting in mining, tunnel construction and specialist foundation engineering. This powerful machine is characterized by its robustness, simple operation and easy dismantling.

The robust design of the MAI®400NT with highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR parts ensures that the machine works reliably even under the most adverse conditions. Its modular design enables quick and easy maintenance and cleaning.

The MAI®400NT has a mixing chamber completely lined with MAI®CODUR, which prevents material from sticking. Excellent mixing quality is achieved thanks to the innovative water injection and the patented MAI®CODUR mixing blades. The digital water flow meter allows precise consistency adjustment.

With a system output of up to 50 l/min and a delivery pressure of up to 40 bar, the MAI®400NT can handle all grouting tasks. To prevent exceeding the maximum desired injection pressure, an optional injection pressure switch is available. The MAI®400NT can be controlled using a remote control or the MAI®LOG data recording device.
