MAI^®400VS

For many years, the MAI®400NT has been the mortar mixing pump of choice for injections in mining, tunneling and special foundation engineering. The powerful machine is characterized by robustness, easy operation and easy disassembly. The newly developed MAI400VS features an integrated frequency converter for adjusting the speed of the mixing and pumping unit from 224 to 420 rpm. The water control system adjusts the water quantity in proportion to the speed, ensuring a constant W/S ratio.

The extended mixing zone and the higher mixer speed enable high flowrate to be achieved, even with materials that are difficult to process. After entering the required material and machine parameters, the control system calculates the W/S ratio based on the water setting. The W/S ratio is shown on the display and can also be documented using the optionally available data recording.

The MAI®400VS combines the features of the MAI®400NT with modern control and communication technology. The integrated control and touch display enable numerous additional functions that make the user's work easier. Various optional equipment packages allow for both remote maintenance and data recording.

• Excellent mixing quality: Thanks to a large mixing tube volume and thus long mixing times, a very good homogeneous mixing is achieved.
• Variable pumping capacity: Depending on the mixing pump speed and screw pump type, up to approx. 50 l/min are possible.
• Electronically controlled water system: To keep the W/S ratio constant over the entire speed range, the water quantity is controlled in proportion to the frequency.
• 5” color touch display: Clearly shows the most important settings and operating status and offers assistance in operating the machine.
• Easy to disassemble: The mixing area can be easily disassembled and cleaned.
• Radio remote control (optional): The radio remote control can be used to adjust the speed and consistency.
• Maintenance-friendly and durable: The use of MAI®CODUR and stainless-steel components guarantees reduced wear and easy cleaning.
• MAI®WSRI: shows the effect of changes in water flowrate on the W/S ratio.
• Data recording MAI®IDL (optional): records pressure, flow, volume, water setting and W/S ratio.
• Remote assistance MAI®iConnect (optional): Enables remote machine diagnostics and rapid assistance with application problems
