MAI^®440GE

The MAI®440GE is the right solution for demanding civil engineering applications and use on tunnel boring machines (TBMs). This powerful multi-purpose mixing pump offers a high level of process reliability and guarantees consistent quality in a wide range of applications

With a variable pump capacity of up to 70 l/m and a delivery pressure of up to 40 bar, the MAI®440GE is ideally suited for injections and backfilling. Depending on the configuration, machine-compatible materials with grain sizes of up to 6 mm can be processed. MAI®NET devices such as a MAI®DOS dosing pump can be connected to the integrated MAI®NET socket.

The MAI®440GE is equipped with numerous innovative functions that support the user in his job. These include the pressure limitation, post-grouting and pressure holding functions and the pressure-dependent speed control which automatically optimizes the injection time.

The operating status is shown on the display in real time. With the optional data recording function, the injection process and selected machine parameters can be documented for each drill hole.
