For injections and backfilling, the MAI®LOG can be used to record both the injection pressure and the volume of material. The recorded data can be easily transferred to a USB stick and displayed with an evaluation tool based on Microsoft EXCEL. With the MAI®iCONNECT option, the data can be transferred via LAN or WLAN using the FTP protocol .
The MAI®LOG can be used with all injection pumps (except piston pumps).
When used with the MAI®400NT, the MAI®LOG offers the following functions:
- Start-stop
- Automatic switch-off when a desired volume is reached
- Automatic switch-off when a desired pressure is reached
- Pressure monitoring after injection
- Pressure monitoring and automatic post-grouting
Additionally when used with the MAI®440 GE:
- Automatic adjustment of the pump speed to optimize the injection time
