Mixing & Pumping

The processing of building materials such as plaster, adhesive for external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), self-levelling screed or special mortar on construction sites requires machines that deliver consistent quality with high performance, work trouble-free and can be operated with low maintenance requirements. The challenges include the perfect mixing of dry materials such as pre-mixed dry mortar, the transport of pasty materials to the installation site, and the application of materials by spraying, with or without air.

For many years, MAI® has offered a wide range of products for mixing or pumping or mixing and pumping materials on the construction site. While the focus used to be on plastering machines, MAI® is currently concentrating on machines that are especially suitable for materials that are difficult to process, for example in the renovation sector. Here, MAI®'s patented mixing technology enables an increase in efficiency by using continuous systems instead of batch mixers.
