MAI^®2MIX MAIA MOBIL

High performance, easy handling and high mixing quality characterize the mobile continuous mixer MAI®2MIX MAIA MOBIL. Developed for machine-mixable dry mortar with grain sizes of up to 8 mm, it guarantees consistent and homogeneous mixing quality, even with materials that are difficult to mix.

This versatile mixer is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial floors, concrete renovation and drainage concrete. The MAI®2MIX MAIA MOBIL has a robust design and a powerful drive. This makes it low maintenance and durable.

With its patented mixing system and innovative MAI®CODUR technology, the MAI®2MIX MAIA MOBIL achieves an output of up to 80 l/min. Optimised placement of the water injection increases the effective working length of the mixing chamber for improved mix quality. The MAI®2MIX MAIA MOBIL can be adjustet to two different working heights.

The mixing capacity can be adjusted by simply changing the screw conveyor. MAI®CODUR prevents material sticking and so significantly reduces the need for cleaning.
