MAI^® 4ONE SIRIUS PLUS

The MAI®4ONE SIRIUS PLUS plastering machine delivers excellent performance for numerous applications, from processing dry mortars to pumping paste-like materials.

The MAI®4ONE SIRIUS PLUS can be fed with bagged materials as well as from a silo.

• Mixing and pumping or only pumping of: Gypsum filler, lime-cement plaster, lightweight and insulating plaster, thermal plaster, screed, adhesive mortar application for thermal insulation composite systems, renovation plaster, frame mortar, leveling compounds, fine plaster

The MAI®4ONE SIRIUS PLUS is available in different versions:

for 1-phase power supply (230 V), 3-phase power supply (400 V) or as a switchable version.

Thanks to the robust construction with hot-dip galvanized components and MAI®CODUR in the mixing area, the MAI®4ONE SIRIUS PLUS is particularly durable and easy to maintain.

• Multifunctionality: With a delivery rate of up to 40 l/min and a maximum delivery pressure of 25 bar, the MAI®4ONE SIRIUS PLUS can be used as a mixing pump and as a delivery pump
• Infinitely adjustable delivery rate: The delivery rate can be adjusted to different materials and applications using a potentiometer
• Easy cleaning and maintenance: The easy to dismantle mixing area made of MAI®CODUR components ensures quick and effortless cleaning
• Optional quick-change device: The screw pump can be replaced quickly and without tools
