MAI^®MULTIMIX

The MAI®MULTIMIX is suitable for a wide range of applications and sets new standards in mortar mixing technology with unrivaled process reliability. The high speed and patented mixing tools ensure a consistently high mixing quality, while the self-regulating water system keeps the water/dry material ratio constant.

An agitator in the pump hopper effectively prevents segregation and stiffening of the mixed material. The MAI®MULTIMIX can process all machine-compatible dry mortars and easily handles grain sizes of up to 6 mm. With the optional air control, it is also suitable for wet spraying.

The MAI®MULTIMIX has a 7" color touch display that allows simple and efficient operation. The pump can be fed with bagged materials, from big bags or directly from the silo. The machine has one MAI®NET socket as standard, which can be used to control a MAI®DOS dosing pump. This allows a liquid additive to be added to the water or mixed material.

The optionally available MAI®iCONNECT makes it possible to mirror the display to mobile devices or computers via WLAN or LAN. This means that the operating status can be monitored from these devices and parameters can be adjusted if necessary. The use of MAI®CODUR and stainless steel results in longer life and easier cleaning.
