MAI^®FLOOR MASTER XL

The MAI®2FLOOR MASTER XL, an automatic screed leveling and smoothing machine, reduces the physical effort involved in laying conventional earth-moist screed to a minimum by automatically leveling, smoothing and compacting the screed.

The automated operation guarantees a consistently high surface quality.

• Leveling and smoothing of earth-moist screed, vibrated floor, cement screed, anhydrite screed, single-grain lime mortar, drainage mortar, RM mortar, thin-layer mortar

With a maximum width of 4 m, the screed robot can process up to 80 m²/h. Thanks to modular elements, the working width can be adjusted from 1.5 to 4.0 m in 0.5 m increments in order to optimally adapt to the size of the area.

The working speed of the machine can be infinitely adjusted via a potentiometer. In addition to layer thicknesses of up to 80 mm, slopes and gradients of up to 12 % can also be managed.

• Easy to transport: Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be dismantled into compact elements and fits into a station wagon
• Partial section function: Smoothing takes place either across the entire working width or only in a partial area
• Robust and durable: Stainless steel guides and covers as well as the aluminum frame ensure a long service life
