MAI^®2MIX-MAIA

High performance, easy handling and high mixing quality characterize the MAI®2MIX MAIA horizontal continuous mixer mounted on the silo. Developed for machine-mixable dry mortar with grain sizes of up to 8 mm, it guarantees consistent and homogeneous mixing quality, even with materials that are difficult to mix.

This versatile mixer is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial floors, concrete renovation and drainage concrete. The MAI®2MIX MAIA has a robust design and a powerful drive. This makes it low maintenance and durable.

Thanks to its patented mixing system and innovative MAI®CODUR technology, the MAI®2MIX MAIA achieves an output of up to 100 l/min. The optimized placement of the water injection nozzle extends the effective working length of the mixing chamber, which ensures increased mixing quality.

The conveying capacity can be adjusted by simply changing the screw conveyor. MAI®CODUR technology prevents material from sticking and significantly reduces the cleaning effort.
