With the MAI®4SILO BOX dry mortar conveying system, material manufacturers can offer their customers a special service. The conveying system is delivered to the construction site mounted on the pressure silo and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply and the mixing pump's injection hood. Work can then begin immediately.
The integrated transport box for the block distributor and the connecting hoses allows convenient storage of the components and protected transportation.

Technical advantages
The conveyor system is well protected against dust and is easy to maintain thanks to the oil-free rotary compressor. Operating status and fault conditions are indicated on a seven-segment LED display, making troubleshooting easier.
To prevent blockages, the conveying pressure is constantly monitored. If necessary, the pressure in the silo is adjusted. This ensures a trouble-free supply of material to the plastering machine.
Technical Details
- Suitable for different pressure silos: The system can be used 1 bar or 2 bar pressure silos
- Handy and low-maintenance delivery block: The MAI®4SILO BOX does not require a separate compressor for the control air, but uses the rotary compressor for the delivery air instead
- Low-maintenance and durable: The oil-free rotary compressor reduces maintenance requirements. The system enclosure minimises contamination.
